Tough Start

There has been talk about trading Kobe since the Lakers are 0-5 and they are blaming Kobe for the poor start the Lakers are having because he shot the ball more then anybody else on the team. They said if the Lakers do decide to trade Kobe they will be looking towards signing Rajon Rondo next summer. Kobe has a no trade clause which means if the Lakers do plan on trading him before his contract is up then he has the right to say no I want to stay here.

Charles Barkley said that he will not eat a meal until the Lakers win a game they have started the season 0-5 saying that they will have to get a win out of the next 4 games against the Hornets, Grizzlies, Pelicans or Spurs. Byron Scott said that he wants everybody to stop putting so much blame on Kobe he needs his team mates to step up and not always look for him they need to take open shot and not pass them up, Byron Scott said “ they cant be afraid to fail that’s the biggest thing you’ve just got to be able to go out there and play”.

Steve Nash isn’t able to play this season so the Lakers coach Byron Scott called him to see if he wanted to be a mentor to the young Lakers, But Nash hasn’t called Byron Scott back so he doesn’t know what is going on they said it is possible that they will trade him but with the new CBA (Collective Bargaining Agreement) there wouldn’t be any value on trading Steve Nash.
